Tony Robbins: How to reach any objective or goal

How to achieve virtually anything:
1)  Focus on outcomes, not activities or time spent on the project.  Things can take more or less time then anticipated.
2)  Stay strong by staying emotionally committed and focused on your "why"(purpose, outcome).
3)  As there are many ways to accomplish most goals, keep your mind open to previously non-imagined    alternatives.
4)  Never lose sight of you "why" as this is your gas in the engine.
5)  Ask yourself, "What is my ultimate desired result for this meeting/week/year?"  Don't do more then is needed.
6)  Always take action and be proactive.  Stay true to your purpose making no excuses or weaker alternatives.
7)   Rinse and Repeat until success.

Will Smith On Becoming "Great"

Will Smith sharing some words of wisdom on what it takes to succeed.  The attributes that come to mind are self confidence and purpose, work ethic, and keeping to high standards.  Don't get caught up in the overly "mystical mindset" when listening to his values.

I don't know the guy myself, but its obvious he has done his homework and his mindset is a key attribute to his success.  I'm not saying he is or isn't the golden standard but he does make some powerful points.

Success principles can appear overly mystical but the truth is, they seem work regardless of ones beliefs.

If you aren't sure what he is talking about and you are interested in the subject, check out the dozens of books on the subject including The Science of getting Rich, Think and Grow Rich, The Secret, The Alchemist, and many many others.

Personal Success Tip

This has to be one of the coolest videos I have ever seen in my life.  Cool music, Incredible stunt.

Its important to know your abilities and to know your surroundings.  Greatness in personal success and in base jumping can be achieved only by knowing your limits and riding the line.  Outdoing your own abilities can lead to tragedy.
